QR codes for events
Events run on printed things with short lives: badges, banners, programs, signs. A dynamic code on each one lets you fix a room change or a speaker swap after everything went to the printer, and scan data shows which placements earned their space.
The playbook
Badges that link to people
Print a code on each badge or lanyard that opens the attendee's contact card or links page. Bulk CSV creation turns a spreadsheet of attendees into hundreds of codes in one upload.
Session feedback while the room is full
Put a feedback page code on the closing slide and by the door. Attendees rate the session on the way out, and you read responses per session in your dashboard.
A program you can change mid-event
Host the program as a PDF behind a dynamic code on posters and signs. A schedule change means one file upload, and every printed code serves the new version.
Sponsor banners priced with data
Give each sponsor banner its own code with UTM tags. After the event you show sponsors real scan counts per placement instead of guessing at foot traffic.
RSVPs from the invitation
A hosted event page takes RSVPs behind a code on the invitation or the welcome sign. Guests scan, see the details and respond without typing an address.

Common questions
Do my codes die after the event ends?+
No. QR Tool codes never expire on any plan. A banner printed for this year still scans at next year's edition, and you can repoint it at the new page.
How do I make hundreds of badge codes at once?+
Upload a CSV with one row per attendee and get a code for each, ready to download as print files. Templates keep the whole batch on brand.
Can I see which signs people scanned?+
Yes. Each code reports scans by day, country, city, device and OS, so you can compare the entrance poster against the booth sign.
Make your first code
Static codes are free without an account, and the free plan includes 3 dynamic codes with scan analytics.
